Our care and support services can often mean the difference between a life of isolation and segregation and a life of greater self-reliance, confidence and wellbeing. You will have choices and full control.

We can arrange care and support from a short period of time, to an ongoing basis, there are no limits. We take great care when placing our care workers. We support and work with your goals, listen to your needs, and preferences and work with you to develop your care support plan.

A “meet and greet” option is always available for you to meet with experienced and appropriate care workers.

Heartbeat provides care workers to private clients living at home, non for profit and for profit organisations, funded community access programs, children with special needs, school holiday camps, after school care, community based groups, younger people who are living aged care facilities, supported accommodation living units and brain injury units across the Sydney Metro Area.

Heartbeat Care Workers are well trained, experienced, supported with a diligent management team, ongoing training and supervision to deliver you the best possible care no matter how complex your care needs may be.

We value diversity and actively employ care workers with relevant cultural background and language skills.

Every Heartbeat care worker is screened for their capability and suitability for their role, and must hold a relevant qualification in Attendant Care with recent industry experience. We conduct mandatory employment history checks, health screening and ensure that all care workers hold and maintain a current National Police Check and a NSW Working with Children clearance.

Heartbeat gives you peace of mind to get on with your life, all our care workers are employees of Heartbeat. They are paid weekly by us and are covered for Workers Compensation and all other statutory insurances.

Our main role is focused on your individual goals and planned care needs. We provide you with great care workers to give you the very best care possible, and positive outcomes for you. Our approach provides flexible care options, always putting the people we support at the centre of everything we do.

There are no limitations to our range of support services and individual case managed options.
