Monday to Friday 0830 – 1630 hours.

Client intake for new referrals 0830 – 1600 hours

After hours

From 0530-0900, 1700-2300 hours

Monday to Friday contact the roster allocating office

Weekends and Public Holidays

From 0530-2300 hours contact the roster allocating office

Out of Hours Critical Incidents and Emergencies

From 2300-0530 hours 7 days a week please contact Cathy Bouvy Operations Manager

If you need an interpreter, please call TIS National on 131 450 and ask them to call Heartbeat on 9891 2255. Our business hours for national translations are 0830-1630 Monday to Friday
