What to bring to your interview:

  • 100 points of ID in total
  • Photographic ID or Driver’s License
  • Medicare or health care card or bank card
  • Non-residents must bring their passport
  • Proof of Immigration / Visa status for non-residents
  • Your relevant Certificates and training transcripts
  • 2 recent professional Referees emails and telephone contact details
  • A current First Aid Certificate

  • Bank account details (BSB and Account number)

  • CV – a resume which outlines your experience and skills
  • Employment history – A record of your previous hours worked ie Certificate of Service which states your dates of employment and total hours worked.

  • All Bachelor of Nursing student nurses must bring their Student ID card, university transcripts and a minimum of two clinical summaries, and evidence of your current university enrolment ( if applicable)
  • Certificate 111 and transcript for “Health Service Assistance – Acute Care” ( if applicable)
  • 2 recent professional Referees emails and telephone contact details

100 Point Identification

All staff need a 100-Point Identification Check

The 100-point identification check must be completed prior to lodgment of a NSW Criminal Record Check or Working with Children Background Check. During your interview we are required to sight your original identifying documents. The point score of documents produced must be a total of at least 100 points.
One primary document must be submitted from section (A) which is 70 points and other documents from section (B) which make up the 30 points.
